Up to $100K in Credits, 35% Discounts, and a Team That Picks Up the Phone: Inside the Skytells Startup Program

The Skytells Digital Start-up Program gives venture-backed startups up to $100K in cloud credits, 35% long-term discounts, priority AI model access, and dedicated executive support. Here's exactly what you get and how to qualify.

Up to $100K in Credits, 35% Discounts, and a Team That Picks Up the Phone

Startups have a brutal resource equation: you need production-grade infrastructure to grow, but you're burning runway to get there. Most cloud provider "startup programs" hand you credits and disappear. No architecture guidance. No priority support. No one to call when your inference pipeline breaks at 2 AM on a Sunday.

We built the Skytells Digital Start-up Program to work differently.

What You Actually Get

Let's skip the marketing language and lay out what the program includes:

$100K in Cloud Credits — usable across the full Skytells platform: compute, storage, networking, AI inference, and application hosting. These aren't restricted to a single service or a 30-day window. You deploy them where they matter most.

35% Long-Term Discounts — on all Skytells cloud services for up to 2 years. This isn't an introductory rate that vanishes after month three. It's a sustained discount that compounds as your usage grows.

Executive Sponsorship — every accepted startup is paired with a Skytells executive sponsor. This isn't a chatbot. It's a named person who does architecture reviews, strategic planning, and acts as your internal advocate. They know your stack, your growth targets, and your constraints.

Priority Support — faster response times, dedicated engineers, and direct escalation paths. When something breaks in production, you talk to someone who can fix it — not someone who reads from a runbook.

Executive-Tier AI Model Access — full access to Eve, BeatFusion, TrueFusion, and the rest of the Skytells model catalog with higher rate limits and priority inference queues. Your AI workloads don't compete with general traffic.

Preview Models Catalog — first access to unreleased models before general availability. You get to build on what's coming next, not just what shipped last quarter.

Who This Is For

The program is designed for startups that are past the idea stage and actively building. Here's the eligibility criteria:

  • Series A through Series E funding received within the last 24 months
  • Building a product with meaningful cloud or AI workloads — not a landing page, not a prototype sitting in a notebook
  • Headquartered in a supported region: North America, Europe, or Asia-Pacific
  • Not currently on an existing Skytells enterprise agreement
  • Willing to provide a case study or co-marketing opportunity upon graduation

That last point is worth explaining: we invest real resources in every startup we accept. In return, we ask that successful companies share their story. It's a fair exchange, and it helps other founders see what's possible.

How the Process Works

We kept the application process simple because we know founders don't have time for twelve-step procurement flows.

Step 1: Create a Skytells Account. Sign up at skytells.ai. You get immediate access to the developer platform and free tier — no approval needed.

Step 2: Apply. Contact the startup team through the enrollment form. You'll share your company details, funding stage, and planned usage. This takes about 10 minutes.

Step 3: Review. Applications are reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, your credits, discounts, and executive sponsor are activated immediately.

Step 4: Build. Start deploying. Your executive sponsor schedules an onboarding architecture review within the first week.

The Support That Matters Most

Credits are useful. Discounts are nice. But the support is what actually changes outcomes for early-stage teams.

Here's what our startup support covers:

Architecture Reviews

Our solutions architects sit down with your engineering team and design infrastructure that's scalable and cost-efficient from day one. This isn't theoretical — it's based on your actual workload, your growth projections, and your budget.

Cloud & Networking Guidance

Multi-region deployment, CDN configuration, database optimization, network architecture — the infrastructure decisions that are expensive to get wrong and painful to fix later. We help you get them right the first time.

AI Model Integration

If you're building with AI, our team helps with prompt engineering, fine-tuning strategy, production deployment patterns, and monitoring. We've seen what works and what doesn't across hundreds of deployments.

Scalability Planning

Proactive usage monitoring and cost optimization recommendations. We flag problems before they become incidents, and we help you plan capacity before you need it.

Why This Matters Now

The AI infrastructure landscape is crowded. Every major cloud provider has a startup program, and most of them are fine. What they lack is depth.

Startups building AI-native products need more than generic compute credits. They need:

  • Models that are production-ready — not research previews that break under load
  • Infrastructure that scales globally — 30+ regions, built-in CDN, edge computing, multi-region database replication
  • Compliance from day one — SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR aren't things you bolt on later
  • A team that understands the AI stack — from inference optimization to prompt engineering to cost management

That's what we built the startup program around.

Some Honest Context

This program isn't for everyone. If you're pre-revenue and pre-funding, the free tier is a better starting point — you can build and validate without any commitments. If you're already at enterprise scale, our enterprise plans are a better fit.

The startup program sits in the middle: you've raised capital, you're building something real, and you need infrastructure and AI that grows with you without eating your runway.

Apply

The full details and enrollment form are at skytells.ai/startup-program. Applications are reviewed within 5 business days, and accepted startups are onboarded within the same week.

If you're building with AI and looking for infrastructure that's more than just a bill, we'd like to hear from you.
